Appearance and Race Description
Rakshases are the creatures so powerful and mystical that one can only guess what freak of Elemental imagination gave birth to these monsters. They aren't bodily sturdy, their appearance may even enchant. Their faces are appealing as long as Rakshases are trying to bewitch the victim. Rakshases often come in the air of a talking lion with a majestic smile, or an aged Hindu with a thoroughly brushed waved beard, or a grey-haired sorcerer knowing the secret of eternal youth. But should only the victim relax, a Rakshase immediately starts an enormous grow losing half of its flesh, like a mighty Genie from an Arabian tale, and hovers over the trembling wretch revelling in its own invincibility. Rakshases justly brag about their hunting skills, and no wonder - they bear the sin of Pride.
Skills and Combat Style
These creatures instill horror even in old hand fighters. The most striking is their incredible intuition sometimes making believe that miracles are possible. Rakshases don't fear death and defy peril. Their self-confidence verges towards sheer madness, and the ambition for victory can be overcome only by intrepidity and sane farsight of the rival who surmounted the fright. Fighting as a Rakshase leaves not even a shade of doubt in the inestimable advantage over the enemy, yet their provision of any rival's move appears to be fake.
